Job Description:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play an important role in expanding Braagfloors’ presence in Netherland. You will represent the company in the local market and be responsible for the full sales process, from prospecting and client visits to closing deals and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

This is a field-based position, offering a high level of independence and flexibility. You will spend most of your time visiting customers and developing new business opportunities, rather than working from an office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit potential and existing customers to present products and solutions

  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Follow up on leads and identify new sales opportunities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closing

  • Collect market feedback and support business growth in the region

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience

  • Fluent in Dutch and English

  • Experience in outside/field sales is preferred

  • Experience in flooring sales is a plus, but not required

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented

  • Valid driving license

  • Must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands
